"Read for the Blind" application represents a pioneering innovation that allows individuals to create audio books for visually impaired individuals worldwide. Users can record readings of books, short articles from magazines, newspapers, or any captivating websites with unparalleled ease and convenience, eliminating the need for traditional transportation methods to capture voices.

• This application facilitates multiple readers to contribute to individual chapters within the same book. Each participant can record a single chapter, with the compilation of these recordings resulting in a complete audio book. The finalized audio books or articles are then converted and transmitted to the "General Knowledge Hotline" 1414, a complimentary service enabling the visually impaired community to access these recordings via phone.
• Currently, the production of audio books is constrained by logistics that necessitate physical studio recordings. Consequently, there has been a notable scarcity of audio resources catering to Thailand's visually impaired population.
• The creation of audio books for the blind through the "Read for the Blind" application assumes paramount significance as it not only fosters knowledge enrichment but also aids in skill development, expands career opportunities, and enhances overall quality of life for visually impaired individuals.
• The "Read for the Blind" application is under the ownership of the Thai Blind People's Foundation, established in 1998. This non-profit organization is dedicated to empowering visually impaired individuals to thrive in society.

This initiative has garnered support from prominent entities such as Thai Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Advanced Info Service PCL (AIS), Siam Commercial Bank PLC (SCB), and Google Thailand Co., Ltd.
